Michelle Mader

SVP, Operations

Over her 22-year career in marketing, Michelle has lead campaigns and business building initiatives for major brands including Anheuser-Busch, Caesars Entertainment, Carnival Cruise Lines, MGM Resorts International, Wynn Resorts, Heinz Frozen Foods, SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, and the Oakland Raiders.
Upon pivoting to an operations role at R&R Partners, the advertising agency that created the “What happens here, stays here” campaign for the Las Vegas Convention & Visitors Authority, Michelle has put her demonstrated strategic leadership and talent for problem solving to use in building and optimizing the agency’s operations strategy, pricing and financial reporting, and technology and workflow infrastructure.
Originally from New York, Michelle was raised in Florida and graduated from the University of Florida with a major in Advertising and minor in Business Administration. She and her family have lived in Las Vegas for the past 13 years.
