Before founding Ark Advisors, Ann spent nearly a decade at two of the nation’s leading consultancies where she advised clients on agency sourcing, selection, compensation, and relationship management. She is a frequent panelist and industry contributor.

Avi spent 30+ years at the very top of the Advertising industry with leading global agencies in senior management positions, and as a board member at Saatchi & Saatchi and Havas. In that capacity he engaged the creative, media, and digital operations of 300 offices in 75 countries.

As Managing Partner of Berlin Cameron Avi helped sell the agency to WPP and expand it to 65 countries.

Prior to that Avi was an EVP account management at Y&R and D’Arcy (now Publicis).

Laura Bajkowski founded Bajkowski + Partners in 1995, with her experience on both the agency and client side giving her a unique perspective on balancing and integrating cross-functional corporate needs, as well as integrated marketing communications partners, to generate substantial business results.

Farrell Crowley brings over 15 years media strategy and investment management experience to our marketing optimization, agency search and agency audit practices. As a media subject matter expert, Farrell has extensive experience planning and buying across all mediums, and has successfully managed campaigns for multinational and regional companies to achieve a wide array of marketing objectives. Allan Kane has successfully built and optimized marketing and sales organizations over the past 30 years for regional and multinational companies to meet its goals during growth and declining market cycles. From 2000 to 2008, as vice president of Worldwide Sales for Choice Hotels International, Allan was responsible for the creation and implementation of Choice’s global sales strategies within the various market segments.

Steve has been working in advertising for more than 25 years with some of the world's largest and most respected client organizations such as Procter & Gamble, Mars, Panasonic, and Olive Garden.

He ran Grey Worldwide North America, a results-driven full service agency with eight offices across the US and Canada and the largest agency in New York City at the time. Before that he was the CEO to Grey’s second largest international office - Grey London and Managing Director of Grey LA.

Craig has a 40-year track record of success beginning with McCann-Erickson. He later joined Foote, Cone & Belding (FCB) and eventually became the General Manager of their Los Angeles office, which was the largest advertising agency on the West Coast. His FCB client associations include Nestle, Denny's, Mars, MCA, Albertson's, Sunkist, Farmers Insurance and Mattel.

Larry has a very unique background. He spent his entire advertising career at one single agency – Grey Worldwide. Over a 35-year span, he personally led every agency discipline with the exception of creative and production. Larry knows the agency business from inside out.

Over his career, Larry led account services and headed marketing services (research, account planning and strategy development). He even served as an interim Media Director. Larry led the agency’s move into interactive communications long before it was widely recognized (or accepted).

Dan Pearlman brings over 35 years of successful top management, operations, strategic planning and marketing communications experience to bob wolf partners/TPG, a management consulting firm he co-founded in 1996. Highly regarded within the industry, his bottom-line orientation and understanding of the inner workings of the most sophisticated U.S.
