He founded MIG after serving as a division president in a Fortune 100 when he was only 32. Earlier in his career, Steve Boehler cut his teeth with a decade in Brand Management at Procter & Gamble, leading brands like Tide, Pringles and Jif.

Robin Boehler

Robin Boehler is an award winning strategic organization development, leadership, team building and training consultant with over 20 years of experience across a broad range of industries and in both the public and private sectors. She's a Wexner Heritage Foundation Scholar, won Cornell University's "Outstanding Volunteerism Award", led fieldwork for a 100,000 member non-profit and has long tenured clients like Starbucks and Sprint.

Matt Driscoll

Matt has gained deep client and category experience in his 10 years at MIG. On the agency side he’s assisted on agency searches on behalf of Sprint, SunCom, Time Warner, Snap Appliances, Quantum, Kaiser Permanente, Starbucks and several other companies. He’s also been instrumental in developing our proprietary approach to 360 agency/client evaluations and managing client/agency relationship improvement efforts.

Arthur Anderson

Arthur Anderson is co-founder and lead principal of Morgan Anderson Consulting. Born and raised in Western Michigan, at Brown he did double degrees in chemistry and American economic history and at Yale Law School focused on intellectual property and Federal practice law.

Meghan McDonnell

Meghan joined Pile and Company in 1999 and built her career in the niche space of agency search and management consulting. Becoming President in December 2016 and co-owner in 2018, Meghan’s tenure in the ever-changing marketing and advertising space has made her an invaluable asset to our clients.

Brian Goodall

Brian joined JLB+P in 2004 after spending 30 years in leadership and management positions in St. Louis, Chicago and New York agencies including DDB; Wells, Rich, Greene; Bayer Bess Vanderwarker; and Hampel Stefanides. During the course of his agency career his client assignments included Anheuser-Busch, McDonald's, Jack Daniels, General Mills, Quaker Oats, NEC, Neuberger Berman, ITT Hartford, among others.
